With a wide range of team bonding adventure activities to choose from, including: Kayaking, surfing, sheep herding tasks & team tasks you are sure to get your staff working as a team in no time. The W8 Village contains two business meeting rooms, each has wifi and audio-visual technology, seating, podium stands and natural lighting with fantastic views.
Start your stay with sheep herding team tasks followed by a dip in a hot tub and sauna to relax after all that running around. After lunch head into the conference room for your break-out sessions, strategic planning or your company goal setting.
After dinner we would love to share with you our love and passion for traditional Irish music one evening in one of our local pubs. Fully immerse yourself with the local culture and forget your everyday life.
Following breakfast on the second day get your staff up and going with a blind kayak and team activities to really get your team working together. After lunch it’s back into the conference room for a round up of the weekend, key learnings and a round up of your goals and objectives.
